I love to cook and make up recipes. I don't do well with patterns and difficult recipes. I would rather come up with a simpler way of doing things. This blog started because Sister and I were talking about a cake and she asked for the recipe. I said, there isn't one!!! I'm a science teacher, not an English teacher, so you will see grammar mistakes and lots of ..... . :) In addition to cooking, I have two great kids and a wonderful husband who really works hard for us. He is the reason I don't cook like regular people. He challenges me to try new things and add new ingredients to old stuff. When I'm not cooking or working, or running after the kids, I love to read. I'm always looking for new book suggestions. Other than that, there isn't much exciting about me!
